About Role
The objective of this role is to ensure that all works related with Agreements, Letters, Administration, Corporate Secretary, Permit & License well maintained and comply.
What You Will Do
- Maintain a recap data for every licenses and agreements, inputting information into legal file database
- Preparing corporate secretary documents (CROS, Annual Report, Deed)
- Drafting / review of a new agreement/ MOU/ acceptance letter and the prevailing Law & Regulation in Indonesia, make a collaboration with the related persons/government/other company (commercial term or legal term) until final draft / ready to sign.
- Completing the company's license Required by other dept's request (certificate, business license from institution, and/or other licenses)
- Research & socialization process of Indonesia regulations, legal issues, include but not limited to information related to company’s businesses.
- Assist other department related with the legal problem and give a legal opinion based on the prevailing Law and Regulation in Indonesia.
What You Will Bring To The Role
- Bachelor's Degree in Law with a minimum 2 years of relevant Legal experience.
- Fluent in English both oral and written (proficiency in Korean Language will be an advantage)
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good communication skill, fast learner and high analytical thinking
- Great attention to detail
- Willing to work at Jakarta
