Job description:
G. Eric Nielson & Associates, a lucrative civil litigation firm specializing in medical negligence, has an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME SENIOR ASSOCIATE. 7-10 years’ experience preferred. Complex civil litigation experience a plus. Sr. Associate will assist with case preparation, drafting of pleadings, medical-legal research, depositions, corresponding with experts, attending hearings etc. Medical malpractice experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have extensive trial experience. Applicants must be professional in appearance and conduct. This is the perfect job for a motivated individual who wants to escape the drudgery of “corporate law” and billable hours. We help people, not corporations.
