Client Relations Specialist – PIP
LaBovick Law Group | Palm Beach Gardens, FL
Full-Time | Up to 40% Local Travel
This Isn’t Just a Desk Job. It’s a Relationship Job.
At LaBovick Law Group, our mission is simple: we fight to win for the people and businesses who trust us.
Our PIP team works with medical providers to help them recover payment from insurance carriers for services they’ve already provided to patients. Behind every demand, every document, and every report is a client who is counting on us to get it right.
That’s why we’re looking for a Client Relations Specialist who can do more than process paperwork.
We want someone who builds relationships, solves problems, pays attention to the details, and takes ownership from beginning to end.
If you like working with people, aren’t afraid to pick up the phone, can stay organized when there are a lot of moving pieces, and enjoy getting out of the office to meet with clients — we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Reporting to our Client Relations Manager, you’ll work closely with our PIP team to collect, prepare, and process the documentation needed to pursue PIP demands while helping maintain strong relationships with our medical-provider clients.
Build & Maintain Client Relationships
This is a major part of the job.
You’ll help make sure our medical-provider clients know what’s happening with their files and feel confident that LaBovick is taking care of them.
You’ll:
-
Communicate regularly with medical-provider clients regarding files, documentation, reporting, and next steps.
-
Assist with delivering and reviewing reports with PIP clients.
-
Help identify and resolve client questions or concerns.
-
Coordinate with the Client Experience Manager to ensure new clients receive appropriate follow-up.
-
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual client reports and correspondence.
-
Review reports for accuracy before they’re shared with clients.
-
Build relationships that make our clients want to continue doing business with LaBovick.
Get Out and Meet Our Clients
This position requires regular travel — potentially up to 40% of your time.
We don’t believe every relationship should be managed through email.
You’ll visit medical providers throughout the area to strengthen relationships, assist with client needs, obtain information and documentation, and help ensure we’re delivering the level of service our clients expect.
A Company vehicle is available for business travel. If you use your personal vehicle for approved business travel, mileage reimbursement is provided in accordance with Company policy.
Candidates must be comfortable driving and regularly interacting face-to-face with clients.
Collect & Research Information
You’ll help keep our PIP files moving by:
-
Pulling patient files needed for demands.
-
Uploading patient files into Demand Central.
-
Contacting providers for missing documents.
-
Obtaining documentation needed when matters move into litigation.
-
Responding to telephone and email inquiries.
-
Researching new medical providers and verifying information.
-
Researching unfamiliar insurance carriers.
-
Following up when something is missing rather than allowing a file to sit.
Process & Maintain PIP Files
Accuracy matters. A lot.
You’ll:
-
Prepare provider files by organizing patient files and correspondence.
-
Review demographic information entered into the Demand Management System for accuracy.
-
Upload documents into the appropriate electronic systems.
-
Ensure new providers are properly established in the Demand and Case File Management systems.
-
Review new Personal Injury client reports to make sure files have been uploaded and are ready for the demand process.
-
Help maintain accurate, organized, and complete client and patient information.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who naturally thinks:
“What needs to happen next, and what can I do to make sure it gets done?”
You’ll probably do well here if you:
-
Are highly organized and detail-oriented.
-
Communicate professionally and confidently with clients.
-
Enjoy building relationships and meeting new people.
-
Are comfortable picking up the phone instead of relying only on email.
-
Can manage multiple priorities without losing track of the details.
-
Follow through on what you say you’re going to do.
-
Are comfortable learning new technology and case-management systems.
-
Can work independently while still being a strong team player.
-
Are comfortable traveling locally up to approximately 40% of the time.
-
Have a valid driver’s license and are comfortable traveling to client locations.
-
Take ownership when something isn’t right instead of assuming someone else will fix it.
Experience working in a law firm, medical office, healthcare organization, insurance environment, PIP practice, or other client-service role is a plus.
But just as important to us is how you think, how you communicate, and how you take care of people.
Our Culture
At LaBovick, our core values aren’t something we pull out once a year at a company meeting.
They’re how we operate.
Fight to Win
If there’s a problem, we don’t walk around it. We figure out how to solve it.
Passion to Serve
Our clients are the reason we’re here. Whether you’re speaking with a medical provider, preparing a report, or tracking down a missing document, the question is always: Are we taking care of the client?
Relentless Innovation
We don’t accept “that’s how we’ve always done it.” We use technology, systems, and better ideas to make ourselves faster, smarter, and more effective.
Own It
This one matters.
If you see it, own it.
If a client needs something, follow through.
If information is missing, find it.
If something doesn’t look right, ask the question.
We don’t want people who wait to be told what to do next. We want people who take ownership.
And we expect our team members to be Hungry, Smart, and Humble — hungry to grow, smart about how they work with people, and humble enough to keep learning.
Why LaBovick?
There are plenty of places where you can get a job.
We’re interested in building careers.

But we also believe that when you give talented people the right tools, clear expectations, and room to grow, they can accomplish a lot.
