Business Litigation Attorney ($160,000 – $190,000/year)
Location: San Diego, CA (Hybrid – 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)
Mandatory Requirements
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- 5–10 years of complex business litigation experience
- Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple matters independently and collaboratively
- Small book of business is a plus (not required)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage business and commercial litigation matters from inception through trial
- Handle disputes involving employment, real estate, probate, healthcare, and data privacy
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
- Represent clients in court, depositions, mediations, and negotiations
- Work closely with partners while developing client relationships
