Job Description
Our client provides top-tier legal services with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction. They are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trust & Estates Paralegal with significant tax experience to become a valuable member of their team in the Naples office.
Responsibilities
Prepare probate pleadings, federal estate tax returns, trust and estate accountings, and funding calculations.
Assist attorneys with the administration of trusts and estates, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
Conduct legal research and draft documents related to estate planning and administration.
Maintain and organize client files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other professionals to facilitate the smooth administration of estates.
Qualifications
A college degree and/or paralegal certificate.
At least five years of experience in all phases of Trusts & Estates administration.
Superior communication and mathematical skills.
Proficiency in related software (e.g., Microsoft Office, legal research databases).
Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
Strong team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
