Key Responsibilities:
• Review and prepare trademark application documents
• Address office actions on trademark formalities
• Submit additions to the Goods and Services Manual
• Update IP database with precise information
• Monitor and manage case reports and deadlines
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant trademark experience
• Knowledge of Canadian Intellectual Property processes
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Excellent client service orientation
