Tasks
- You advise the business units of the group of companies in all legal matters in an independent and self-reliant manner;
- You review and create contracts of all kinds, with a focus on IT- and data protection law;
- You negotiate contracts with international customers and partners and evaluate their terms and conditions;
- You assume responsibility for compliance matters including reviewing and implementing compliance policies;
- You will ensure legal control and advice in cross-divisional projects;
- You will manage the group's patent and trademark portfolio and handle other intellectual property-related tasks.
Requirements
- You are a fully qualified lawyer and have at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international environment or a commercial law firm;
- You have legal experience in IT- and data protection laws on an international level and ideally also knowledge of corporate law and in the field of litigation;
- It is easy for you to familiarize yourself with unknown legal topics and complex, technical issues;
- You are characterized by a conscientious way of working, a solution-oriented way of thinking, negotiation skills and understanding of economic contexts;
- You have the ability to work with a high degree of independence;
- You have a very good command of spoken and written English.
