Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding
Conduct insightful interviews and assessments to determine candidate fit
Collaboration with hiring managers to identify specific competencies and skills needed for vacancies
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems
Build a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and engagement
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or similar HR role
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques
Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting software
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with candidates
Knowledge of employment law and best practices in recruitment
