Position:
- Prosachik Law Firm is seeking an experienced paralegal/legal assistant for document preparation and processing for all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions involving the representation of sellers, buyers and lenders. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting documents, communication with the title company, lender, clients and realtors during all phases of the real estate transaction.
Requirements:
- Candidate must have prior experience handling real estate transactions. Lender document preparation and review preferred, or experience working at a financial institution.
- Candidate must be capable of working in a fast paced environment and must be motivated, reliable, have the ability to work independently.
- Candidate must be a certified notary public in the State of New York.
- We are looking for someone to start immediately. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
