Our client, a boutique Chicago law firm representing plaintiffs in a range of sophisticated litigation matters, is actively seeking a paralegal/case manager with 3-7 years of experience. This position will involve direct client contact and the ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational, communication and multitasking skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail.
Chicago candidates strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
· Draft and review legal documents
· Initiate and maintain regular contact with potential and retained clients
· Analyze intake information and other documents
· Describe procedures and related documentation (i.e. engagement letters) to clients
· Create and update client and case-related files in case management software
· Correspond with team regarding case statuses, filings, docketing and client intakes
· File documents in federal and state courts
· Assist with administrative tasks, including calendaring and docketing
Required Qualifications:
· 3-7 years of paralegal/case manager experience, preferably with litigation and from a large law firm
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite and Adobe Acrobat
· Experience with legal case management software preferred
· Experience managing a large volume of cases
