- Manage litigation, arbitration, mediation, and other dispute resolution matters
- Provide legal advice on disputes, claims, and regulatory investigations
- Develop dispute resolution strategies and assess legal risks
- Review legal notices, pleadings, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
- Manage and oversee external counsel, including performance and legal spend
- Support negotiations and pursue early resolution where appropriate
- Monitor legal developments and advise on their business impact
- Maintain dispute reporting and ensure compliance with legal governance requirements
- Deliver legal awareness and dispute prevention guidance to business stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent; LL.M. preferred
- Licensed to practice law in at least one jurisdiction
- 8-12 years of post-qualification experience in litigation, arbitration, and commercial disputes, gained in a leading law firm and/or corporate legal department
