Role Description
The Portfolio Manager will oversee the execution and performance of Rubix Studio’s startup portfolio, ensuring ventures progress against key milestones and receive the support needed to achieve commercial success. The role combines portfolio oversight, founder engagement, operational excellence, and data-driven performance management.
A core responsibility is to implement the right technology stack, AI tools, and automated dashboards to monitor portfolio KPIs and provide leadership with real-time insights.
Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Management
- Track venture progress from selection through proof of concept, implementation, fundraising, and spin-off.
- Monitor KPIs, identify risks, and work with internal teams to resolve execution challenges.
- Coordinate with product, legal, finance, and business teams to support venture growth.
Founder Support
- Organize mentoring sessions, workshops, and review meetings.
- Ensure founders have access to the expertise and resources required to accelerate execution.
- Collect feedback and continuously improve portfolio support processes.
Reporting & Automation
- Develop portfolio governance frameworks and standardized performance metrics.
- Select and implement portfolio management tools, CRM systems, and AI solutions.
- Build automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into venture performance and strategic KPIs.
- Generate executive reports and actionable insights to support decision-making.
Ecosystem Engagement
- Maintain relationships with investors, corporates, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between portfolio companies and Rubix Holding subsidiaries and strategic partners to unlock commercial opportunities and pilots.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in venture capital, startup operations, venture building, accelerators, or portfolio management.
- Strong understanding of startup growth, commercialization, and fundraising.
- Experience with reporting systems, analytics platforms, CRM tools, and workflow automation.
- Excellent organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in AI and operational efficiency.

- Portfolio risks are identified and addressed proactively.
- Automated dashboards and reporting systems improve visibility and decision-making.
