Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal advice to senior/executive management on risks, opportunities, and major business decisions.
- Lead high‑impact legal projects and cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Conduct in‑depth legal research and analysis, delivering clear reports and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Develop and evaluate business cases (including M&A, expansions, and major investments) to support strategic growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and global/regional regulations while improving legal processes and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with senior leaders and external stakeholders, representing the company when required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law ; Master’s degree or legal certifications preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of legal experience in corporate, commercial, or regulatory law.
- Strong expertise in regional and international legal frameworks and compliance.
- Proven ability to lead complex legal projects and advise senior leadership.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
