EB-1, EB-2/NIW Immigration Specialty Law Firm seeks a full-time attorney with proven NIW and EB1 expertise.
We are looking for an experienced NIW and EB-1 immigration lawyer who has EXTENSIVE experience in EB-1 and EB-2 cases.
Must have a bar license ( any state).
This is a Remote position and you can set your own hours. We are extremely client-oriented and have a high volume caseload.
The position requires self-directed research, a rigorous intellectual approach, technical savvy, and excellent technical writing skills.
Please only apply if you have 1 full year of NIW/EB-1 Experience.
Summary
Handle EB-1 and EB-2 Cases from Intake, through the Petition Letter writing, and Submittal to USCIS.
Responsibilities
Research Related to client EB-2/NIW and EB-1 case.
Draft Petition Letter for EB-2/NIW and EB-1
Collaborate with the client in implementing changes and revisions
Prepare and package case for Submittal.
Maintain professional contact with the client and respond to legal questions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 – $105,486.00 per year
