A prestigious law firm is seeking a highly experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to serve as a lead paralegal on large, complex matters and provide guidance and informal mentorship to junior paralegals.
What You’ll Do:
- Act as lead paralegal on complex litigation matters from intake through trial
- Manage all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial prep, and case support
- Support attorneys in high-stakes matters with minimal supervision
- Provide instruction and informal mentorship to junior paralegals
- Ensure accuracy, organization, and adherence to firm and court requirements
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of litigation paralegal experience
- Background in an AmLaw 100 firm or specialized litigation boutique
- Extensive experience across all stages of litigation
- Strong organizational skills, judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to lead by example and collaborate effectively
