Role Description
We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our team in a full-time capacity. The paralegal will work on-site at our Bellmore, NY office. Responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing legal documents, performing due diligence, coordinating title insurance, , and assisting with matters related to residential and commercial real estate transactions. The candidate will play a vital role in supporting attorneys and ensuring smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications
- Experience conducting Due Diligence for real estate transactions
- Familiarity with Title Insurance processes and documentation
- Expertise in handling Residential and Commercial Real Estate matters
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Prior experience in a legal or real estate environment is preferred
