Legal Administrator | Contract Opportunity | Life Sciences | London

I’m currently partnering with a leading life sciences organisation who are looking for a Legal Administrator to join their Legal team on an initial 6-month contract basis.

This role will provide operational and administrative support to the Legal function, with a focus on contract management, legal documentation, compliance support, and legal operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Legal Counsel with day-to-day legal operations

• Managing contract records, trackers, and documentation

• Coordinating NDA processes and contract execution workflows

• Maintaining legal databases and document repositories

• Tracking contract renewals, expiries, and key obligations

• Supporting compliance activities and legal reporting

• Assisting with purchase orders, invoices, and legal administration

Ideal candidates will have:

• Previous experience in Legal Administration, Legal Operations, Contracts Administration, Legal Secretarial, or Paralegal roles

• Experience supporting contracts, agreements, or legal documentation

• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail

• Ability to manage confidential information and multiple priorities

• Experience within a regulated industry (pharma/life sciences/healthcare) is advantageous

Desirable experience:

• Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

• DocuSign or similar e-signature tools

• SAP procurement processes

• In-house legal team experience
