An ambitious global law firm in New York is seeking an equally ambitious mid-level to senior associate to join its growing PE practice group.
This team is highly regarded for its expertise across private equity, working with some of the leading PE houses in the US.
The Role:
A transaction-heavy team, you will be working with PE sponsors across the full spectrum of private equity deals; however, experience across buy-outs will be highly regarded. The position offers excellent career advancement opportunities in a transparent track towards partnership. Associates in this team have access to clients from 2nd year, giving you better chances at Partnership as you build out your client base.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in private equity at a peer or AmLaw 100 firm.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Be deal-focused and have good project management skills.
