Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter, a well-established and respected law firm in a multi-state area with multiple locations throughout Georgia is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Precloser to join our fast-paced Conyers closings office.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Open and manage residential real estate closing files from contract to closing
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and title underwriters
- Order title work and assist with title clearance and lender requirements
- Verify payoffs, wire instructions, and transaction details
- Schedule closings and maintain Outlook calendar coordination
- Prepare and distribute title documents, ALTA statements, and lender packages
- Maintain organized and accurate files within SoftPro and office systems
- Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume closing environment
- Communicate proactively and professionally with all parties to keep transactions moving smoothly
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a real estate law firm, title company, or mortgage closing environment preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage numerous files simultaneously
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Familiarity with SoftPro or similar closing software preferred
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Salary: Starting at $50,000 D.O.E.
