About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Rechtsanwältin/Rechtsanwalt specializing in Corporate Law / M&A to join a highly specialized legal team advising national and international clients.
This role offers exposure to sophisticated corporate transactions, direct client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on complex legal matters involving M&A, corporate governance, shareholder structures, and commercial disputes.
HIGH LEVEL
This role is best suited for a commercially minded lawyer with strong academic credentials, interest in Corporate / M&A law, and the ability to work within sophisticated client-facing legal environments.
What You'll Do
- Advise national and international clients on corporate law matters
- Draft and negotiate Corporate and M&A agreements
- Support transactions including share purchase agreements, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
- Advise boards, managing directors, shareholders, and supervisory bodies
- Support matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and liability issues
- Participate in judicial and extrajudicial dispute resolution matters
- Collaborate closely with partners and interdisciplinary legal teams
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified German lawyer with strong academic performance in both state examinations
- Strong interest in Corporate Law / M&A
- Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) communication skills
- Commercial mindset and interest in business-related legal matters
- LL.M. or doctorate beneficial, but not required
- Ideally 2–3 years of experience in Corporate / M&A law — strong career starters are also welcome

Diese Rolle eignet sich besonders für wirtschaftlich denkende Juristinnen und Juristen mit starken Examina, Interesse an Gesellschaftsrecht / M&A sowie der Fähigkeit, in anspruchsvollen mandantenorientierten Kanzleiumfeldern zu arbeiten.
Aufgaben
- Beratung nationaler und internationaler Mandanten in gesellschaftsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Corporate- und M&A-Verträgen
- Unterstützung bei Unternehmenstransaktionen, Joint Ventures und Gesellschaftervereinbarungen
- Beratung von Vorständen, Geschäftsführern, Aufsichtsräten und Gesellschaftern
- Unterstützung bei Corporate Governance-, Compliance- und Haftungsthemen
- Begleitung gerichtlicher und außergerichtlicher Auseinandersetzungen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Partnern und interdisziplinären Teams
Was gesucht wird
- Volljurist/in mit überdurchschnittlichen Ergebnissen in beiden Staatsexamina
- Starkes Interesse an Gesellschaftsrecht / M&A
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C2) und Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Wirtschaftliches Verständnis und unternehmerisches Denken
- LL.M. oder Promotion von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung
- Idealerweise 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung im Gesellschaftsrecht / M&A — engagierte Berufseinsteiger sind ebenfalls willkommen
