Salary: €42k

Total Package: up to €48k
Responsibilities:
The key responsibilities will include the following:
- Taking instructions from solicitors.
- Liaising with the client’s or 3rd party solicitors in relation to queries.
- Attending court as required.
- Carry out legal research on cases as assigned.
- Assist in the preparation and collation of briefs
- Liaise with clients as required by the supervising Solicitor.
- Provide support for all administration tasks as required, including photocopying, filing of documents.
- Ensure all time is recorded– both chargeable & non chargeable
- General handling of files post completion.
- Releasing title documents and scheduling title documents.
- Adhere to data classifications and handling rules
- Report Breach of Policy, Incident or Security Weakness
REQUIREMENTS
Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- A minimum of 1 year’s litigation experience ideally within defence litigation.
- Good project management skills
- Ability to use Excel
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one’s own initiative.
