Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Ability to operate a variety of office equipment such as a computer, adding machine, fax/copy/scanning machine, etc.
Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Maintain effective working relationships with Judges, fellow employees, and the public
Work as a team member and promote a positive work environment
Must be able to meet deadlines under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Main Duties
Provide EXCELLENT customer service to the public
Assist the public with questions and concerns
Answer telephones and process payments
Accept filings through Online Filing System
Process signed court documents
Maintain accurate up to date court files
Process record requests
Other duties as needed
Maintain confidentiality
Education and Experience
Graduation from a standard senior high school or equivalent is required.
Salary and Benefits
This is a full-time position 40 hours/week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
