Were looking for a talented Plaintiff Attorney in Oakland, CA with 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury law. Youll be responsible for handling complex personal injury cases, representing clients, and advocating for their rights.
What You Will Be Doing
You’ll be an advocate for people and families in the most difficult times of their lives
Manage a caseload of civil litigation files from inception through trial
Draft, review, and negotiate various legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Conduct depositions
Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation proceedings
What You Need for this Position
3+ years of civil litigation experience
Personal injury experience, particularly asbestos, experience is a plus
Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
Admitted to practice law in California
