Paralegal for personal injury firm
This role encompasses complete file ownership. With an assigned lawyer, you will manage cases from pre-suit through trial and final resolution. At our firm, you are a vital strategic partner in winning cases.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage files completely from pre-suit through trial resolution.
- Monitor all discovery, litigation and court deadlines.
- Produce high-caliber pleadings, subpoenas, and discovery requests and responses (ROGs, RPDs, RFAs).
- Ascertain and collect certified copies of all relevant medical records and bills.
- Comprehensively summarize medical treatment and billing.
- Build trial notebooks, case chronologies, and courtroom demonstratives.
- Support clients through challenging moments with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Track and negotiate subrogation and repayment issues after case resolution.
Requirements
- 2+ years of dedicated personal injury litigation experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting active trials.
- Working knowledge of Georgia civil procedure, e-filing systems, and local court practices.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active files simultaneously without sacrificing detail.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $70,000+ (commensurate with verified experience).
