We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Paralegal with strong experience in case management and a solid educational background, including a Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a U.S. institution. This role involves managing cases from initiation to resolution, drafting legal documents, and supporting attorneys in various legal processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of U.S. legal systems, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Responsibilities:

Case Management:

Oversee and coordinate the lifecycle of cases, ensuring all deadlines and requirements are met.

Communicate with clients, attorneys, and opposing parties to manage case progression.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, including correspondence, court filings, and documentation.

Legal Support:

Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, contracts, and discovery materials.

Conduct legal research to support case strategies and prepare detailed summaries for attorneys.

Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials by organizing exhibits, evidence, and witness materials.

Administrative Tasks:

Schedule and coordinate meetings, depositions, and court appearances.

Manage case calendars, ensuring timely follow-ups and adherence to legal deadlines.

Handle client intake, document requests, and responses with professionalism and confidentiality.

Compliance and Documentation:

Ensure compliance with legal standards, court rules, and internal protocols.

File documents electronically through court systems and maintain detailed records of all submissions.

Client Interaction:

Act as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns with sensitivity.

Gather and analyze client information to support legal strategies.

Qualifications:

Educational Requirement: Juris Doctor (JD) or Master of Laws (LLM) degree from a U.S. institution is required.

Proven experience in case management within a legal setting.

Strong understanding of U.S. legal systems, court procedures, and legal terminology.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis) and case management software.

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
