You must be admitted to the New York bar and have a strong expertise in transaction structuring, due diligence, and negotiation.
You also must be able to manage deals independently while collaborating with partners and clients.
The role will involve leading and executing M&A and private equity transactions from start to finish, collaborating with investment firms, founders, and executives to drive successful outcomes.
