Job Description
Our established and busy boutique law firm is seeking a full-time receptionist / legal assistant to add to our legal team at our newly finished northside location.A successful candidate will work closely with attorneys on their files as well as communicate with clients, courts, local agencies, and debtors in support of the attorneys and clients. The Legal Assistant will work on a variety of projects including probate , litigation, collections, real estate and related research, bankruptcy creditor rights work, public records research, and providing critical support to attorneys with direct input on files and case outcomes. Other requirements include supporting office manager on operating phone and communication systems, client intake, managing the mail and copying center among other things. The selected candidate will be joining a team and client-focused practice. The work environment is flexible and friendly where self-sufficiency thrives and is rewarded.

Job Requirements
We are looking for someone who is dependable with strong organizational skills, is detail-oriented and enjoys being a self-directed problem solver. Microsoft Office experience is required. The following attributes are recommended but not required:
· Prior law office experience
· Practical experience in office operations, computer systems, and computer based phone and communication systems.

Pay: $52,400.00 – $60,000.00 per year
