Duties
- Prepare claims and appeals for veterans' benefits.
- Communicate with clients and VA personnel.
- Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy.
- Attend legal conferences twice a year.
- Occasionally meet clients out of state.
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active member in good standing of the Bar.
- Full conversational Spanish required for client correspondence.
- Willingness to undergo a background check.
