A nationally recognized management-side law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing Labor & Employment practice in New York.
This opportunity is ideal for an attorney with strong employment litigation experience who is looking to work on sophisticated wage & hour and class/collective action matters alongside a collaborative and high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
• Support and manage a broad range of employment litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other substantive litigation documents
• Assist with strategy and motion practice related to class and collective action matters
• Prepare and defend depositions, witness preparation, and discovery-related matters
• Conduct legal research and advise on complex labor and employment issues
• Manage multiple active matters in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Collaborate closely with attorneys and clients on ongoing litigation strategy and case management
