Regional Legal Recruiter
The LDM Group LLC is seeking experienced Regional Legal Recruiters to support an anticipated Federal Government human resources recruitment effort.
We are seeking 5 recruiters with strong legal recruiting experience who can identify, engage, and screen qualified attorneys and legal professionals across different geographic markets.
Required Experience
Substantive experience recruiting attorneys and legal professionals is REQUIRED.
Priority experience includes recruiting:
- Attorneys and senior legal professionals
- Federal and state government attorneys
- Prosecutors
- Experienced litigators
- Administrative-law attorneys
- Judicial or adjudicative professionals
- Appellate attorneys
- Judicial law clerks/former clerks
- Immigration-law professionals
- JAG/military attorneys
- Senior public-sector legal professionals
Qualifications
- Professional recruiting experience
- Direct attorney/legal recruiting experience
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills
- Experience conducting candidate screens
- Experience using recruiting platforms, ATS/CRM systems, and professional networks
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and requisitions
- Strong follow-up and documentation skills
Experience recruiting in markets such as Northeast/New England, New York, Midwest/Chicago, California/West Coast, DC/Falls Church, Texas/Houston, Atlanta/Southeast, or nationwide remote legal markets is highly desirable.
Work Environment
- 100% Remote – U.S. based
- Must be available during Federal Government business hours, including Eastern Time Zone hours
- Government background investigation/security screening required
