JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance for e-commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop and social media platforms.
- Review and approve advertising, marketing, livestream and product content to ensure compliance with applicable laws and cosmetic advertising regulations.
- Draft, review and assess commercial contracts, partnership agreements and supplier agreements.
- Monitor and update e-commerce platform policies and digital advertising regulations.
- Handle customer complaints, disputes and other legal matters arising from business operations.
- Advise on legal requirements related to product registration, business licenses and intellectual property.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economic Law, Commercial Law or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in legal, compliance or legal consulting roles.
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, advertising, cosmetics or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce, advertising, commercial and consumer protection regulations.
- Good contract drafting, legal risk assessment, negotiation and dispute-handling skills.
- Good English reading skills for legal documents and international platform policies.
