Job Description:
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, terms & conditions across various business lines and products.
- Provide legal analysis and practical advice to support governance, business operations and product development.
- Conduct legal research and deliver timely, solution-oriented legal opinions.
- Advise on the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and legal governance.
- Represent the Legal Division in cross-functional projects and meetings.
- Support other legal matters and initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a law firm, preferably with a corporate law background.
- Strong communication skills with professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and sound legal judgment.
- Able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital business environment.
