Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/science or equivalent; and
LLB/LLM with any of the above
Must have Experience:
Patent drafting, filing, office action response drafting / review and maintenance (India, US, Europe and others)
Experience in dealing matters related to other forms of IPR including but not limited to Copyright, Trademarks, Domain Names, Designs and Trade Secret.
Drafting, review and negotiation of contracts, in particular IP/Technology related contracts
Post Qualification Experience: 10-15 years (Desired – IT industry)
