Job Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and ensure the legal compliance of contracts within assigned business areas (specific scope will be discussed during the interview).
- Participate in contract negotiations with internal departments when required.
- Review and provide legal opinions on transactions, legal matters, and incidents within the assigned scope; propose appropriate solutions and risk mitigation approaches.
- Stay updated on new laws and regulations; provide guidance to relevant departments to ensure compliance.
- Develop legal guidelines and internal documentation as assigned by the Legal Manager.
- Handle administrative legal procedures or guide other departments in completing legal processes as required.
- Assist the Legal Manager in resolving disputes and handling litigation matters (if any).
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (full-time program).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal (in-house) roles.
- Strong understanding of legal frameworks and contract management.
- Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
