Required Skills & Experience:
Must be currently admitted to practice law in California. (Multiple-state admission is a big plus)
Healthcare law knowledge and experience are a must
Must be a self-starter who wants to advance their career
Exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to explain complex legal issues to non-attorneys in an easy-to-understand manner
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Must possess superior organizational & time-management skills to meet strict deadlines
High ethical standards and professional integrity
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
Communicating with the firm’s clients as well as opposing parties
Legal and business research regarding complex legal, ethical, and regulatory matters
Assisting the firm’s senior attorneys in servicing a heavy & diversified client base
