Saible Law Group is a rapidly growing litigation firm seeking an exceptional Legal Receptionist to help become the face and voice of our firm.
This is not a typical receptionist position. We are looking for a highly organized, professional, and ambitious individual who takes pride in creating an outstanding first impression for clients and who wants to grow with a successful law firm.

What You'll Do
- Schedule meetings, hearings, depositions, and other case events
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, courts, attorneys, vendors, and opposing counsel
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and correspondence
- Assist with client intake and onboarding
- Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical files
- Assist attorneys and staff with administrative and operational projects
- Help keep the office running smoothly and efficiently every day
What We're Looking For

- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Prior receptionist, administrative assistant, customer service, or legal office experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 – $60,000 annual salary, depending on experience
