Licensing And Government Compliance
- Licensing Management: Prepares and follows up on all applications for the renewal of commercial, municipal, and civil defense licenses for all company locations (branches, showrooms, and warehouses).
- Documentation: Compiles and organizes the necessary documentation for government procedures related to occupancy, removal, and closure permits, ensuring full compliance with local laws.
- Compliance Checks: Conducts regular audits of displayed licenses at all sites to ensure validity and avoid penalties.
- New Site Setup: Supports the manager in preparing legal and licensing requirements for new branch openings or relocations.
Industrial Security And Safety
- Contract Supervision: Monitors and follows up on the execution of contracts with maintenance companies for fire extinguishers, fire alarms, and water networks, ensuring timely servicing and inspection.
- Inspections: Conducts periodic site visits to ensure compliance with industrial security protocols and occupational safety and health (OSH) standards.
- Emergency Preparedness: Assists in updating the composition of emergency teams and participates in drills to ensure staff are prepared for potential incidents.
- Incident Reporting: Reports any safety or security violations, incidents, or near-misses to the Department Manager and assists in investigating root causes.
Administrative And Reporting
- Budget Monitoring: Monitors the department’s spending against the approved budget and reports any discrepancies or potential overruns to the manager.
- Data Entry and Reporting: Prepares and submits periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) on licensing status, contract renewals, and inspection results.
- Meeting Coordination: Attends departmental meetings, takes minutes, and follows up on the execution of decisions and recommendations related to the department’s programs and plans.
