Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Officer located in Serang Regency. The Legal Officer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support, preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The role involves drafting and reviewing contracts, advising on business law matters, and providing legal consulting services.
Qualifications
Knowledge of Business Law and Contract Law
Proficiency in Law and Legal Consulting
Experience in Legal Document Preparation and legal research
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field
Experience in the fabrication or manufacturing industry is a plus
