Position: UK Legal Expert – US Finance
Mercor is recruiting UK-based Legal Experts for a research project with a leading foundational model AI lab.
Ideal candidates

We’re especially interested in candidates from Kirkland & Ellis, Latham & Watkins, and White & Case, though strong private‑equity or cross‑border M&A experience from similar U.S. firms with UK presence is also welcome.
You’ll help create, review, and simulate realistic legal scenarios, including private equity transactions, cross‑border M&A, leveraged buyouts, fund formation, regulatory filings, and deal structuring.
Strong candidates understand how international finance deals operate, including Partner‑led teams working across PE, M&A, and debt financing work streams. U.S. bar qualification is a plus.
