Legal – Contract Specialist Jobs in Bangalore, Karnataka, India at Azentio
As part of Azentio’s Legal Department, this position will be responsible for drafting, negotiating, complex IT contracts, structuring, interpreting and/or administering contractual documents with Azentio’s customers across the globe.
Roles & Responsibilities
:
• Seeking a Contract Specialist with 5-9 years of
hands-on experience
in reviewing, vetting, and negotiating contracts.
• The Contract Specialist will collaborate with legal and business teams while maintaining documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
• This role demands a detail-oriented professional who can navigate complex agreements and provide invaluable insights to maximize outcomes.
• Review, draft and negotiate large and complex licensing, subscription, SaaS, outsourcing agreements, distributor, reseller agreements, MSA’s for our customers in MEA, SEA and India.
• Drafts, redlines and responds to RFI’s, RFP’s, RFQ’s or customer terms & conditions.
• Identifies business objectives of Azentio for Licensing, Subscription, SaaS, Subcontracts, Amendments, AMC, CR’s and facilitates risk mitigation.
• Maintains deep understanding of Azentio’s contract templates, contracts policy, legal risk and liability and Azentio’s positions on various matters.
• Prepare contracts for internal review, approvals and ensures compliance with company policies as well as applicable laws or regulations.
• Translates complex commercial/legal scenarios into simple language and action plans.
The successful candidate should have completed LLB from a premier law school in India, with good academic credentials.
• 6-8 years of PQE front ending complex customer negotiations and contract drafting, preferably in IT/ITES/Software/Fintech/Start-up companies.
• Strong oral and written
communication skills
, able to communicate efficiently and work with business representatives across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrates good drafting and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, work efficiently under pressure and consistently meet deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
