Who we are Looking for:
We are looking for someone who loves working with immigrants as much as we do! A successful candidate will have excellent writing, research and analytical skills to assume responsibility in an active and diverse immigration practice. This role will primarily focus on representing self-petitioning clients seeking EB-1A, EB-2 NIW visas as well as some O-1 Visa work as well. The role may also involve preparing our clients with approved I-140s and I-129s for consular interviews and working with clients through AOS and CP issues as same may arise.
Strong time management and organizational skills are essential to effectively handle the high-volume of cases with which you will be working. We are looking for an attorney who pays attention to detail, has a positive attitude and work ethic, and loves immigration law. Requirements:
- J.D. degree and must be a attorney licensed to practice law in the United States (any state).
- At least two years of business immigration experience, preferably with a focus on self-sponsored petitions.
