We are now looking to expand our bench (Singapore) with Corporate Commercial legal consultants.
As the legal consultant, you need to possess:
- 4- 10 years' PQE from a reputable law firm or inhouse platform.
- Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements.
To join our hub, you also need to demonstrate the following:
- Qualified (common law) legal professionals with excellent academic background.
- Top international law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience.
- Commercially minded, adaptable.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
