Legal Counsel
We’re looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our Legal Department, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a challenging and impactful role in a growing fintech company.
What you’ll do
- Provide ongoing legal advice and support across the company
- Draft, review, and negotiate diverse commercial agreements and legal documents
- Lead legal negotiations with clients, suppliers, and service providers
- Advise on regulatory and commercial matters
What we’re looking for
- Licensed attorney with 3–5 years of experience in commercial law
- Excellent command of English, including drafting complex legal documents – a must
- Strong business orientation and ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience or familiarity with M&A, hi-tech, technology law and privacy
- Background in a leading law firm Hi-Tech department – a plus
- Exceptional drafting skills and high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead negotiations
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player
- High level of responsibility, integrity, and professionalism
