Merchant Medical Legal Consulting (MMLC) partners with plaintiff law firms by providing medical consulting, litigation support, and strategic resources that help attorneys better serve their clients. As we continue to grow nationwide, we’re seeking relationship-driven professionals to expand our network of plaintiff law firm partnerships.
Position Overview
As an Independent Contractor, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for plaintiff law firms within your assigned territory. You’ll introduce attorneys and their staff to MMLC’s services and trusted resources, helping connect firms with solutions that support both their practice and their clients.
This is a relationship-building role focused on developing long-term professional partnerships, not cold calling or sales.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with plaintiff law firms throughout your assigned territory.
- Connect with attorneys, litigation managers, paralegals, case managers, and other legal professionals through phone, email, and in-person networking.
- Introduce firms to MMLC’s services and client funding resources.
- Submit qualified referrals through established company procedures.
- Maintain regular communication with your attorney network and identify new partnership opportunities.
- Represent MMLC with professionalism, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
- Follow all company policies and applicable privacy requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
We’re interested in professionals with experience in one or more of the following:
- Plaintiff litigation or personal injury law
- Litigation paralegal or legal assistant roles
- Legal marketing or attorney relationship management
- Court reporting, litigation support, or medical record services
- Insurance claims or personal injury case management
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships are essential.
Compensation
- 1099 Independent Contractor
- Performance-based, tiered commission structure

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
