We're looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales & Business Development Manager to help expand VLegalOps' presence across the U.S. legal market.
This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building meaningful relationships with decision makers, and helping law firms solve operational challenges through consultative sales.
At VLegalOps, we don't simply provide staffing. We partner with law firms to improve operations, strengthen client communication, and support sustainable growth through LegalBridge Certified bilingual professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, conferences, referrals, and digital engagement.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
• Prepare proposals and support contract discussions.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM platforms.
Relationship Management
• Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience.
• Deliver a consultative and professional sales experience throughout the client journey.
Strategic Growth
• Represent VLegalOps at legal conferences, networking events, webinars, and industry gatherings.
• Support partnership development and business growth initiatives.
• Research market trends and identify opportunities within the legal industry.
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Two or more years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Consultative Sales.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing CRM platforms and sales pipelines.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with or selling to U.S. law firms is preferred but not required.
• Experience in legal services, staffing, outsourcing, or other B2B professional service environments.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Experience attending conferences and generating business through networking is a plus.
