Location: Islāmābād, Pakistan
ABOUT CLEARKANVAS GLOBAL
ClearKanvas is a Global Business Services company that helps organizations turn vision into reality through exceptional talent, strategic expertise, and innovative business solutions. We partner with clients worldwide to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and accelerate growth across talent acquisition, business process outsourcing, and specialized support services. With delivery centers in Islamabad and Lahore, we connect skilled Pakistani talent with global opportunities, combining local expertise with international standards of quality, compliance, and service delivery. This role is part of our recruitment practice: we’re hiring on behalf of our client, so you’ll be working directly within their team once onboarded.
COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is an international company with offices in the UK and Islamabad, providing legal support services to UK law firms and corporates operating in the property law sector.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring Legal Associates to join our client’s Islamabad office. In this role, you’ll support UK-based property law clients with title due diligence, post-completion transaction work, and related quasi-legal processes across the real estate sector. You’ll be working directly with UK solicitors and case handlers, so the role gives early exposure to how UK conveyancing actually runs in practice, not just how it’s taught.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct title due diligence on UK property transactions, reviewing title deeds, registers, and related legal documentation
- Manage post-completion formalities for UK property transactions, including Land Registry submissions and compliance checks
- Support quasi-legal processes across the property transaction lifecycle, liaising with UK-based solicitors and case handlers
- Review and verify property-related documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain case files and trackers, keeping assigned files on track for timely turnaround
- Communicate directly with UK law firm teams and corporate clients on case status and requirements
- Escalate complex legal or procedural issues to senior team members or UK-based supervisors
- Ensure compliance with client SLAs, quality standards, and confidentiality requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- LLB degree from a UK university, or from NUST, Bahria, International Islamic, or a similarly ranked institute/university in Pakistan
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, with genuine attention to detail
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Willingness to work UK shift hours or overlapping hours as required by the client
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Prior exposure to property law, conveyancing, or legal process outsourcing is a plus, though not required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Beyond the qualifications above, this role suits someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates clearly, and is looking to build a career rather than pass through a job. It’s a good fit for a fresh law graduate who wants structured, international exposure early on, and who’s willing to put in the work to grow within one organisation over the long term.
CAREER & GROWTH
- Competitive starting salary
- A clear growth path within the organisation for long-term, committed employees
WORK LOCATION
Islamabad office, on-site.
