Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Associate located in Delhi, OH. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and providing legal advice and guidance to clients. Additional responsibilities include assisting in litigation, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and contributing to the firm’s corporate and intellectual property law practice. Collaboration with senior attorneys and clients to deliver tailored solutions is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with a focus on corporate and commercial law
- Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
- Experience in intellectual property law, including protection and enforcement
- Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to clearly explain legal concepts to clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and deliver results under deadlines
- A degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); membership in the relevant state Bar Association
- Familiarity with Indian legal practices; international legal experience is a plus
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality
