SLGBTQIA+.The articling placement will be located at 200 René-Lévesque Blvd. West in Montreal. Although note that we also have an office in Quebec City, at 925 rue de l’Aéroport, on the premises of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police detachment. Quebec Regional Office (QRO) prosecutors and agents conduct federal prosecutions in all judicial districts of Quebec, except Gatineau, Pontiac and Labelle.
QRO prosecutors are primarily involved in major prosecutions, including those relating to organized crime (particularly drugs and money laundering), economic crime, national and border security, anti-corruption, capital market fraud, and regulatory statutes such as the Fisheries Act, the Canadian Environmental Protection Act, the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, and many others.
During your articling placement, you will receive personalized support from your Articling Principal, who will answer your questions and provide you with the tools you need to meet your objectives. The entire QRO team is committed to providing you with a collaborative work environment in which you can develop and flourish.

Operational Requirements
– Mobility:
Possession of a valid driver’s licence that authorizes the holder to independently operate a passenger-class vehicle.
– Travel: sometimes on short notice.
– Overtime: including evenings and weekends.
