Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a Legal Associate. The responsibilities include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing legal issues, and providing strategic solutions to clients. The Legal Associate will work closely with senior attorneys to ensure the delivery of high-quality, ethical legal counsel while maintaining continuous communication with clients.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Law and handling various legal issues
- Experience in Legal Document Preparation and analytical thinking
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to conduct thorough research and analyze complex legal situations
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a professional legal environment
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM is an added advantage
- Familiarity with Indian legal systems and proceedings is highly desirable
- Proficiency in legal drafting and interpretation
