Job description
- Perform legal duties related to the protection of personal data as directed by the Head of the Legal Department.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements between the Company and its clients and partners.
- Chairing or participating in drafting and revising contract and agreement templates (sales contracts, business cooperation contracts, employment contracts, etc.).
- Providing advice on legal issues arising in production and business activities, and advising on the implementation of procedures and tasks in accordance with legal regulations.
- Develop or participate in developing internal processes, regulations, and rules to ensure the Company’s operations comply with the law.
- Monitor, supervise, and inspect the implementation of laws, procedures, and regulations of the Company; summarize and evaluate the current state of understanding and compliance with laws and regulations of employees.
- Timely and accurate updating of legal documents and policies related to the organization and business operations of the Company.
- Providing advice or consultation on resolving disputes and complaints that arise.
- Participate in and coordinate with competent state agencies in matters of law compliance and cooperation.
- Prepare periodic reports on work progress (weekly/monthly/yearly) and any arising issues.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Head of the Legal Department.
Job requirements
Must-have
- Age range: 24-35
- Bachelor’s degree in Law from a domestic or foreign university (Preference given to: Hanoi Law University, Faculty of Law – Vietnam National University, Hanoi, Faculty of Law – Foreign Trade University).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate legal affairs or at a law firm.
- Capable of working independently and scientifically.
- Hardworking, perceptive, and possessing strong logical thinking skills.
- Good English skills (reading and writing preferred)
Nice-to-have
- Knowledge of law in the following areas: Data, business, information technology, labor, intellectual property…
- Possesses knowledge and experience in corporate legal activities.
